All course fees are subjected to GST.

• Commencement of each course requires a minumum of 3 participants 
  
• So EZ reserves the right to reschedule/cancel any class due to unforeseen circumstances without any prior notice. A full refund of the course fee paid will be returned to participants.
  
• Course menu, course ingredient(s) and course instructor are subject to changes.
  
• Cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to the course commencement date. So EZ reserves the right to collect full payment of the course fee if cancellation is not supported with a valid reason.
  
• No refund will be given for cancellation made 2 days before the course commencement day.
  
• So EZ is not responsible for any mishaps whether arising from the incorrect use of equipment, allergic reactions to ingredients used in the cooking studio or for any other reason(s). Kindly enquire the type of ingredient(s) if you have any food allergies before enrolling. 
  
• Course will start on time and all participants should be in the studio 15 minutes prior to course commencement.
  
• We regret that there is no waiting area in the cooking studio for accompanying children or adults.
  
• Smoking, video taking and photography are not allowed in the studio.
  
• Participants are not entitled to sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of the rights against us.
  
• So EZ may rely and act upon any communication or instructions which is believed to have originated from you (whether orally, in writing, in person, over the telephone, facsimile, other means of telecommunication, and whether genuine or with or without your consent or authority). Any action taken by us in reliance of this shall bind you, and So EZ shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the participant as a result of such action(s). So EZ shall not be under any duty to verify the identity of any person communicating purportedly as you or your behalf.
  
• So EZ reserves the right to amend its terms and conditions.
