All course fees are subject to GST.

A minimum of 3 participants are needed for the commencement of each course.

So EZ reserves the right to reschedule/cancel any class due to unforeseen circumstances without any prior notice. A full refund of the course fee paid will be returned to participants.

Course menu, course ingredients and course instructor are subject to changes.

Cancellation from participant may be made at least 7 days prior to the course commencement date. There will be a $10 administration penalty fee per course for a cancellation. The balance amount shall be refunded or you may use it to register for another course within 1 month from the date of the cancelled course.

No refund will be given for cancellation made 2 days before the course commencement day.

We are not responsible for any mishaps whether arising from the incorrect use of equipment or allergic reactions to ingredients used in the cooking studio or for any other reason. If you have any food allergies, please enquire about the ingredients before paying for a class.

Course will start on time and all participants should be in the studio 15 minutes before course starts.

We regret that there is no waiting area in the cooking studio for accompanying children or adults.

Smoking, video taking and photography taking are not allowed in the studio.

You are not entitled to sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of your rights against us.

We may rely and act on any communication or instructions which we believe originates from you (whether orally or in writing and whether in person or over the telephone or by facsimile or other means of telecommunication, and whether genuine or with or without your consent or authority), and any action taken by us in reliance of this shall bind you, and we shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by you as a result of such action. We shall not be under any duty to verify the identity of any person communicating purportedly as you or your behalf.
