With more than 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Heman has amassed a vast knowledge of Asian and Western cuisine. This has enabled him to conjure interesting and innovative East-meets-West cuisine and won him several accolades such as overall champion of the Thailand's International Culinary Cup 2010 and the Penang Culinary Challenge.
