With over 40 years of experience, Chef Martin Han has plied his trade at renowned hotels such as Amara and Hilton, Singapore as a Pastry Chef. During which, Chef Han has had exposures in Japan and Thailand. Chef Han won several accolades in the Food Asia Pastry Competition for items such as chocolate work, desserts, French pastries and wedding cakes.
