Emmanuel Souliere perfected his craft in several Michelin Star rated restaurants in Paris. His strong culinary background opened the doors to job appointments in Israel, Spain, Singapore and eventually, China where he is the Executive Chef at the Hilton Singapore. He has also been endeavoring to build the Escoffier Greater China Association in Shanghai.
